The Canco Lofts, located a half mile from the Journal Square PATH at 50 Dey Street, was once the American Can Company, which produced bottles, milk cartons and metal cans. In 2007 the first phase to convert the factory to a couple of hundred condos had begun. The building offers both rentals and condos for sale.
