Consumer Information Statement – Explains the five types of real estate agency relationships: Buyer/Tenant Agent, Seller/Landlord Agent, Transaction Broker, Designated Agent, and Dual Agency.
Wire Fraud Notice – Advises that any wire transfer instructions should always be verified before sending funds to prevent fraud.
Dual Agency Form – Discloses that Compass NJ may represent both the tenant and the landlord in the same transaction.
Flood Risk Notice – Confirms that the property is not located in a designated flood zone.
W-9 Form – Used to collect the necessary information to place your security deposit in a required interest-bearing account.
