The Beacon Jersey City
Located in close proximity to Downtown Jersey City at 20 Beacon Way, The Beacon was originally the home to Charity Hospital in 1885. In the 1930’s, Jersey City mayor, Frank Hague had a vision to create a medical campus which became The Jersey City Medical Center Complex.
In the early, 2000’s, the revitalized Art Deco landmark building was transformed into 1,200 residential units spanning over 10 buildings, now known at The Beacon. Today the well-maintained property consists of both condos and rentals; studios-2 bedrooms.
The Beacon boasts a plenty of amenities! The Club Aqua fitness center has an indoor pool, hot tubs, steam room, gym, and yoga classes.
