The Hague Jersey City

Jersey City’s most esteemed pre-war buildings, The Hague is located at 2600 JFK Boulevard in Jersey City and is NJ’s first skycraper designed by architect John T. Rowland and constructed in 1922. The enduring craftsmanship of a bygone era is evident, with hardwood and marble floors, and intricate moldings. Steeped in history, the 9th and 10th floor of this building once served as the Mayor Frank Hague’s home. Frank Hague served as the mayor of Jersey City from 1917 to 1947. The magnificent building has 10 stories and features an opulent marble lobby, an exercise room, a modernized laundry facility, a resident’s garden, bike storage, and the convenience of a live-in superintendent. Perfectly positioned between Lincoln Park and Journal Square, you can enjoy leisurely strolls in the park and quick access to the PATH train, and nearby bus stops.

The Hague was completely renovated in 2017 and is a condo building which has condos for sale and sometimes rentals available. Click here to receive up to the minute listings for this building sent straight to your inbox. Also check out our Jersey City Guide for area information.
