Born from wonder.
Reborn in luxury.

Few buildings in the Hudson waterfront corridor carry the cultural weight of Wonder Lofts located at 720 Clinton Street in Hoboken. The factory that once perfumed Hoboken with the scent of freshly baked Wonder Bread now houses some of the most sought-after luxury residences in New Jersey.

The adaptive reuse preserved every architectural element worth preserving the original brick façade, the industrial steel frames, the monumental scale and layered them with contemporary interiors of uncompromising quality.

This is adaptive reuse done at the highest level, earning a LEED Gold certification that speaks to both environmental responsibility and long-term value.

Here is a timeline charting the development of the Wonder Lofts.
